Two down, More to Go!

July15

Today I was finally able to set up my second website that I’m planning to monetize. I was able to buy the domain last week but didn’t have the time to set it up. After a lot of trials and errors, I finally made it. Thanks to Kuya for assisting me. :) I will setup more blogs in the near future! Yipee! Also, my Adsense already got approved. I just have to study the details when I already have a fresher mind to absorb things.

I didn’t have much to say now because I was really busy doing articles the whole day. My eyes and back, as usual killed me the whole day. It’s a rainy day because of a typhoon approaching the country. This is supposed to be the perfect weather to be lazy but my body clock just won’t permit me to sleep early. Actually I still have lots of articles to write but my eyes really hurt. I just hope I won’t have a heavy load tomorrow so i could get things done and earn from them ASAP.

Thanks to Eze for making me smile the whole day. I love him so0o0o0o0o much! ;)

Oyasuminasai!

The 12th of July

July12

Since I’m new with blogging, I really spend so much time researching about things how to earn through my site. I just signed up at Adsense today and I hope my application gets approved.

So how was my day today? It’s kinda boring but it’s ok, I’m happy that Eze called me this evening. :) I just setup a Skype account, loaded it through PayPal so he could call me through our landline at a cheaper rate. Tomorrow I’d buy a new headset so I could call Michael, my little bro.. (he’s already in Canada, btw) Rates in Skype are a lot cheaper than using the landline…

Hmm.. I’m just a bit worried about this terrible headache that often bothers me. Maybe it’s because I’m not used to spending the whole day in front of the monitor. When I still work at LSP, I can roam around the office, supervise our Inspectors or monitor quality problems in the production area, get reference parts in the Warehouse or even meet with suppliers outside the office just to keep me away from my desk. I’m not an office-paperworks person who can spend time studying documents and all that.. But look at me now.. Sigh! But I have no regrets, believe me! I just hate this headache that I feel almost everyday..

I had a late lunch/early dinner.. Burong isda is so yummy! Watched Pinoy Idol and got bored; watched PDA Gala Night and was very happy for Bugoy and Liezl’s performance.. :)

Papa texted me a while ago and he’s still the same miserable man I know.. I just don’t want to elaborate on this. I just wish he could fix his life for himself because no one could do that but him. I want to help him but I can’t do anything if he doesn’t think that he has to change his attitude and fix his life. I know he has to learn his lesson the hard way.

Anyway, it was a cloudy/rainy day today.. Loved to sleep while the wind is blowing but was not able to.. Gotta sleep early to be able to wake up in time for the 7 am mass..

Good night! ZZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz..

What Happened to Judy Sungit?

July10

Yesterday, I signed up for Technorati to claim my blog. To complete the process, I need to verify the ownership of this blog by either of the two ways: 1.) by just providing the password of the site and 2.) by publishing a new blogpost having the main text provided by Technorati. Being so0o0o0o0o0o0o0o0o forgetful (let me stress that), I cannot recall my passwords so I just keep my password manager alive to recall them here in my PC.

And yesterday, I forgot my password for judysungit!

Note: It was weird that I can’t recall my password because it’ MUST be so easy to remember for me!

Then, the stupid side of me was awakened.. I just forgot that I can log-in (with the password manager), go to users and edit my settings to change the password OR check my tools in my browser to know the password. So then I had my password reset for me. A link to reset the password must be sent to my email so all things SHOULD get back to normal. However again, the link sent to me never worked! I had my password reset for five times, received the same links for all tries and not at least one worked. :(

So I got desperate.. Who do you gonna call? Of course, kuya! Unfortunately, he had to attend to some important matters so he can’t help me at that time. So I had a livechat with my hosting provider and was informed that I should talk to their support department. I emailed support but they was not able to understand what I meant and still nothing happened! I tried browsing wordpress but since I bought this domain, they can’t help me either! I thought I’m gonna completely lose my judysungit!

Then, here comes Kuya! Yipee!!! Logged into my database, do some thingy I don’t understand and all I had to do is start from scratch, install my wordpress, re-publish my posts and select the theme.. Unfortunately I forgot to keep a copy of my About Me Page so I have to figure out the right words first before coming up with another snobbish About Me. Hahaha

So there goes my most unforgettable, scariest and sweatiest blogging experience I ever had! Now, lesson learned! Don’t reset your passwords and don’t forget them!

eBloggers for Pinoy Bloggers

July8

Last July 3, MY KUYA launched his Pinoy Bloggers Community Forums that provides a place for Pinoy Bloggers to come together, meet new friends, learn how to set up a blog for beginners, have some chit chat and most importantly, learn how to earn money from blogging. This type of venture remained undiscovered for a lot of bloggers for years now and this site, MY KUYA’s forums will uncover the things you need to know to earn while you blog.

eBloggers.ph – that’s where to go. I’ve been a member of this forum since it was launched and I really hope a lot of my friends would also sign up. This venture is a good example of a passive income and a freelance opportunity, depending on which line you would want to earn from blogging. I posted an announcement in our yahoo groups and I hope I captured the interest of my blogger friends.

My bro told me that he’s proud for being able to launch this forum; I just said he should be. He really should be. I too, am really very proud that my bro has this forum and he’ll get to share his ideas and knowledge about this venture that he’s been doing for years now.

You will definitely be interested if you get to meet him, joining this forum would be the first step.

My Domain and Theme

July4

Setting up this blog really gave me a challenge. Since I am new in this venture, I can say that I really took time to perform every step I need to come up with this. What really challenged me is choosing the theme for this site. Since my domain is judy sungit, I want a theme that fits it and of course my personality. I tried out a couple of themes before finally bumping into this one.

Unfortunately, this theme that I’m currently using has a picture of lady.. as you can see, she has no top and I have to change it. However, my CD Rom broke down and I just reformatted my PC so I have no programs that can do the photoshop thingy. Maybe it will take time before I could change this picture right here, so please spare with me..

The challenge left for me now is to maintain this site. I really hope I could manage to post here, even just three posts per week. I’m really glad that I was able to set this up, with this theme and most importantly, this domain. Btw, I bought this for about $10, but I think it’s worth it!
